1. Shipping Locations

• We currently ship across India. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

3. Delivery Time

• Standard shipping: 5-7 business days
• Express shipping (if available): 2-4 business days
• Delivery times may vary based on location, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is free for orders above ₹999.
• A flat shipping fee of ₹50 applies to orders below ₹999.
• Express shipping charges will be displayed at checkout (if applicable).

5. Order Tracking

• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS.
• Track your order through our courier partner’s website using the provided tracking link.

6. Delivery Issues

• If the package is delayed or lost, contact us at patrols451@gmail.com with your order details.
• If the order is undelivered due to an incorrect address, reshipping costs will be borne by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

• If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our return policy.
